Hold Flags (Output)
The Hold Flags are used with the peak/bottom hold and top/valley hold func-
tions. They are used to control the hold execution timing from the Master Unit.
They are allocated in the Master Unit using the following data format (1 word
(2 bytes)).
Note
A transmission delay may occur between when the Master Unit's power is
turned ON and the status of the Hold Flag is transferred to the Temperature
Input Unit.
Each bit is described in the following table.
