Print contrast
The setting of the print contrast is done in the parameter menu with
SYSTEM PARAMETER > Print contrast
or, in online mode, by pressing the Prog but-
ton.
AP5.6: Due to certain limitations in operating conditions, the maximum
setable print contrast value of the AP 5.6 is limited by the following two factors:

Printhead reslution
•
Print speed
Parameters for
Dispenser Mode
Setting only for AP 5.4/AP 5.6 “basic” dispenser and for AP 5.4/AP 5.6 “pe-
ripheral” dispenser.
Parameters for
Rewinding Mode
Setting only for AP 5.4/AP 5.6 “basic” dispenser and for AP 5.4/AP 5.6 “pe-
ripheral” dispenser.
CAUTION!
The maximum achievable print width of the AP 5.6 is limited by print speed
and print contrast.
