Call waiting
When there is another incoming voice call during a
voice call, this service notifies you with the call
waiting ring tone. This allows you to place your
current voice call on hold and then answer the
other voice call. You can also make a call to
another party, putting the current call on hold.

During a videophone call or when a videophone
call is received during a voice call, Call waiting
does not operate but the call log is recorded as a
missed call in Received calls.

When using Call waiting service, set Arrival call
act to "Answer" in advance. If not, you cannot to
answer calls received during a voice call even
with Call waiting service active.

During Call waiting, you can switch the other
party by pressing

When making a voice call to another party during

Call forwarding service
Call forwarding service forwards voice calls and
videophone calls to the phone of your home or
office when there is an incoming voice or
videophone call while FOMA terminal is located
where radio waves are hard to reach or is powered
OFF or you do not answer the call within the
specified ring time.

To give priority to Call forwarding service with
Answer machine active, set a response time for
Call forwarding service which is shorter than
Ring Time for Answer machine.

When an incoming voice or videophone call is
not answered with Call forwarding active, it is
recorded as a missed call in Received calls and
(the digit indicate the number of missed
calls) appears on the stand-by display.
Basic flow of Call forwarding service
Step 1
