As the title name, a maximum of 36 one- or
two-byte characters can be entered.

corner of the guide area, the save
destination can be switched by pressing

When " Save" appears, pressing

saves the file to "My Document" folder in
microSD memory card.

Even if all pages are not downloaded, the
data already downloaded is saved and
appears on a save destination list screen.
Remaining PDF data can be downloaded.

If you try to download the PDF data exceeding 500
Kbytes, a confirmation screen is displayed asking
whether to download. Select "Yes" to download.

PDF data with total size of i-mode bookmarks and
marks exceeding 100 Kbytes or with unknown size or
PDF data inapplicable to this FOMA terminal cannot
be downloaded.
･
When the same PDF data with different i-mode
bookmarks or marks is downloaded again, they are
additionally saved. If the number of i-mode
bookmarks or marks becomes more than 10, a
message appears indicating that the available limit
has been exceeded. Follow the instructions on the
screen and delete i-mode bookmarks or marks until
the number of items becomes lower than the limit.

When the memory is not enough or the maximum
number of saved items is reached, a confirmation
screen is displayed asking whether to delete
unnecessary PDF data. To save the PDF data, follow
the instruction on the screen and delete the stored
PDF data.

When downloading is stopped for out of service area,
etc., and data already downloaded is saved,
appears on a save destination list screen. Remaining
PDF data can be downloaded. → P355 Step 3 in

Downloading dictionaries from sites
You can download dictionaries from sites and store
them in the FOMA terminal. The stored dictionaries
can be used for entering text to FOMA terminal.

The maximum size of a dictionary file that can be
saved is 32 Kbytes.

Up to 10 dictionaries can be saved.

The setup is required to use a downloaded
dictionary.

Downloading Chara-den from sites
You can download Chara-den from sites and store
it in FOMA terminal. The saved Chara-den can be
sent instead of your image for a videophone call or
can be set on the stand-by display.
