Selecting functions from menu
Menus are classified into Normal menu displayed by default and Custom menu allowing to
add menu items.

The display style of Normal menu and Custom menu can be selected out of the following types in Menu
settings:

The animation design varies depending on Menu setting or Style theme/Kisekae Tool settings.

This selection is disabled for Custom menu.
Selecting a function
Press
m
in stand-by and select and execute the functions from the menu displayed.
There are 2 ways to execute a function. The first method involves using the key corresponding to the menu
items. In the other method, the multi-cursor key to select from among the menu items is used.

When any function is restricted by lock functions or no UIM in slot, icon
appears or characters are
displayed in a different color that the function is disabled. The display does not change for animation
menu. When a function is selected, the reason the function is nonexecutable, etc. appears.

With a menu other than animation menu displayed, keeping the cursor placed on a menu item for a while
displays description of that function. The function description disappears when the cursor is moved or
after a while. You can set in Menu setting not to display function descriptions.
When a list extends to multiple pages, the currently displayed page number and the
total number of pages are displayed.
indicates that other selectable items exist above and below the item at the cursor
position.

to move the cursor.

When
d
is pressed on the last item of the page, the next page appears.
When
u
is pressed on the first item of the page, the previous page appears.
indicates that selectable items exist over the multiple pages.
・
Press
h
to change the page.
Note: You cannot switch pages on icon selection screens, etc.
