Before using F903i
INFORMATION

When you place the cursor on an icon for newly arrived information and press and hold
c
for 1 second or
more, the icon temporarily disappears from the screen. It appears again when information is newly accumulated
or viewed and the number of the items changes. For a voice message mark of Voice Mail service, a confirmation
screen appears asking whether to delete the display. Select "Yes" to delete the display.

In Focus mode, you cannot display the menu by pressing
m
.

When FOMA terminal is folded, newly arrived information can be checked by pressing side key [
▲
]. The light
flashes 5 times in blue and the vibrator operates 5 times when there is newly arrived information or the light flashes
2 times in red when not. The number of newly arrived information items can be checked when the display is swung.
Using UIM (FOMA card)
UIM (FOMA card) is a card for storing user information such as phone numbers.

If a UIM has been inserted incorrectly or if there is a problem with the UIM, you cannot make/receive a
call or send/receive a message.

Attaching/removing UIM

After turning the power OFF, fold FOMA terminal and hold it with your hand.

Forcing the UIM into FOMA terminal may damage UIM and FOMA terminal jack.

If the tray is removed by pulling it excessively, press it straight along the guide rail inside the UIM slot. Remove
UIM in advance.
Security code of UIM
"PIN code" and "PIN2 code" are used for the UIM.
Both codes are set to "0000" at the subscription. You can change them to any code (4-8 digits).
