Safety Settings

ring alert nor light operates. In addition, message creation from message logs is also disabled.

When making/receiving a call to/from the party saved in the phonebook or PushTalk phonebook, neither
name nor image saved is displayed and the phone number is displayed.

When details of a message log are displayed, a mail address appears, but the other party's name or
image saved in phonebook do not.

is not displayed on the stand-by display while Answer machine is activated because Answer
machine is not performed. An icon for a recorded message which has not been played is not displayed.

When data to which PIM lock applies is set as the stand-by display or ring alert, the default setting becomes active
during PIM lock ON (when Normal of Menu settings is set to "Kisekae Tool", Tile display becomes active). The
setting you made is restored when PIM lock is canceled. When data saved in "Preinstalled" folder is set, however,
the setting does not change even in PIM lock ON.

During PIM lock ON, the default image (Camera-Off image) is displayed as videophone substitute image.

- Phonebook data or user information transfer to/from external devices

Preventing unauthorized use of Phonebook and Mail
You can prevent unauthorized use of FOMA terminal phonebook, Mail, My Picture, etc.
Setting Privacy mode operation
When using Phonebook, Mail or My Picture, you can set whether to perform authentication.
