Point the camera at the object and

The shutter sound is heard, the light is lit in red
and a still image is shot.

When shooting with Out-camera, a shooting
notification light also goes lit in red.

When Auto save in Image settings is set to
"Yes", the image is automatically saved in
the memory without displaying a
confirmation screen. In this case, you do not
need to perform operations of Step 3 or
later.

Check the shot still image.
■ Saving immediately : Go to Step 4.

Shooting again without saving : Press

■ Sending shot still image attached to mail :

A confirmation screen is displayed asking
whether or not to save. Selecting "Yes"
causes the shot still image to be saved in
FOMA terminal and the mail creation screen
to appear. Depending on the image or file
size, a confirmation screen appears asking
about conversion to the stand-by display
size or saving to Data Box.

Even when the memory to save is set to
microSD memory card, the shot still
image is saved to the FOMA terminal.

Depending on Image size and Size
restrictions, a confirmation screen
appears asking whether or not to adjust
the shot still image file size. Selecting "No
limit" causes the image to be saved
without size adjustment and selecting
"Msg attach:Small" causes the image to
be reduced to less than 90 Kbytes in size
and saved in FOMA terminal.

When the shot or saved still image file is
less than 90 Kbytes in size, a confirmation
screen appears asking whether or not to
paste it to the message. Selecting "Yes"
allows pasting the image to the message
text.

When the image size is smaller than Vertical
standby (240 x 320), or Horizontal standby
(320 x 240) select "Yes (Same size)" or "Yes
(Large size)".
The shot still image is saved to FOMA
terminal and set on the stand-by display
with the actual or enlarged size.
