To create a new administrative user using the filer console or a
telnet
session, per-
form the following steps:
1. Enter the following command:
XVHUDGPLQXVHUDGG XVHUBQDPH
XVHUBQDPH is the new administrative user login name.
2. Enter a password for the new user when prompted.

To create a new administrative user using
rsh
, enter the following command:

user_name
is the new administrative user login name.
password is the new password associated with the new user name.

userdel
option to delete administrative users created with the
useradd
option of the
useradmin
command. You can use the
userdel
option at any time to
maintain filer security by keeping the administrative user list current.
