Procedure for Initial Configuration

We recommend the following procedure for initial configuration of

X4000

➤

Carry out the first configuration steps using the MMI (see

chapter 5,

page 93

X4000

should not yet be connected to the LAN for this work, only

the power cord must be connected:

set the desired display language

–

enter the IP address and netmask

Connect

X4000

as explained in
