2.5mm, Allen / Ball Wrench

Small flat-blade screwdriver

Removal of the 13” LCD Barco Display (miniCart):
STEPS:
1.
Ensure the
z.one
is powered “OFF”
2.
Disconnect the main AC power cord from the rear of the miniCart
3.
Remove the #1 Philips screws securing each of the two plastic half-shell cosmetic covers, at the
back of the LCD Display.
4.
To remove each of the two plastic half-shell covers, place the head of either the flat-blade or
Philips screwdriver just into the empty screw hole, and carefully pry upward/outward. This is
being done to raise the cover sufficiently for the plastic locking tab (at the outside edge of the
cover) to clear the lip on the main display housing. Once each cover is free, remove it from the
back of the LCD display.
5.
Disconnect the two cables (+12V Power, DVI-Video), at their attachment points on the back of
the LCD Display. The DVI cable requires loosening of the two slotted-type retaining screws,
prior to cable removal.
