Flat-blade screwdriver  

Procedure 

STEPS: 

1.

 

Ensure the 

z.one

  is powered “OFF” 

2.

 

Disconnect the main AC power cord from the rear of the miniCart 

3.

 

Un-dock the Scan Engine from the miniCart, and set it aside 

4.

 

Carefully lower the 

mini

Cart over on its back, on a soft surface (carpet, etc) resting the unit on the 

rear push handle

 

5.

 

Using a Philips-head screwdriver, remove the four (4) screws (two on each side of the chassis) 
that retain the power supply cover, to the miniCart chassis 

 

 

CAUTION  

Be sure to support the power supply assembly when removing it, as all of the cables will still be 
attached.

 

 

6.

 

Allow the power supply housing to drop downwards, and rotate it to expose the internal 
components
