In addition to the device itself, installation of the Sony UP-897MD B/W Printer on the 

Z.ONE

 utilizes 

an “Installation Kit”.  The contents of the kit includes: the mounting hardware, power and video

AC power for all peripheral devices connected to the Z.ONE, must utilize the power 
cord provided by ZONARE, and connected ONLY to the isolated outlets on the AC 
Outlet Box, located inside the backpack of the SuperCart. 

 

15.1.2 Installation 

Procedure 

STEPS:  

1.

 

Remove the printer, all installation hardware, tools, and cables from their packaging.

 

2.

 

Following the steps below, using the front panel display menu and 

Jog Dial

 control, configure 

the initial user settings on the UP-897MD printer to match those shown in Figure 1, on the 
following page.
