20.3.2  13” LCD (Barco) Display - Removal/Replacement (SuperCart)

4” nylon ty-wraps (Qty. 4) 

IMPORTANT NOTE

  

 

Due to requirements for matching the video output signal of the Main-I/O board to the 
calibration settings in the 13” LCD (Barco) Display monitor, it is required to perform the “Full 
Autoset” portion of the 13” LCD (Barco) Display calibration procedure (provided in the 
previous chapter of this manual), anytime the display is replaced with a new unit in the field.

 

Procedure 

STEPS: 

1.

 

Ensure the 

z.one

  is powered “OFF” 

2.

 

Place AC circuit breaker, located at the rear of the SuperCart, in the “OFF” (down) position 

3.

 

Disconnect the main AC power cord from the rear of the SuperCart 

4.

 

Remove the four (4) Philips-head screws that are retaining the plastic display hinge back cover, 
and remove cover 

 

5.

 

Remove the four Philips-head screws that retain the LCD Display to the metal hinge assembly, 
ensuring to support the LCD Display while removing the last screw
