20.3.1  Main - I/O Board Assembly - Removal/Replacement (SuperCart)

IMPORTANT NOTE

  

 

Due to requirements for matching the video output signal of the Main-I/O board to the 
calibration settings in the 13” LCD (Barco) Display monitor, it is required to perform the “Full 
Autoset” portion of the 13” LCD (Barco) Display calibration procedure (provided in the 
previous chapter of this manual), anytime the Cart Main-I/O board is replaced in the field.

 

Procedure 

STEPS: 

1.

 

Ensure the 

z.one

  is powered “OFF” 

2.

 

Place AC circuit breaker, located at the rear of the SuperCart, in the “OFF” (down) position 

3.

 

Disconnect the main AC power cord from rear of the SuperCart 

4.

 

Disconnect all external cables (network, video, etc.) from the I/O panel at the rear of the 
SuperCart 

5.

 

Using a Philips head screwdriver, loosen the two (2) thumbscrews that secure the Main-I/O board 
assembly to the chassis
