LCD Display Monitor Adjustment - Calibration (SuperCart Only)
18.7.1 Basic Adjustment
There are three adjustment control wheels, located on the upper-left side of the Barco (brand)
monitor:

NOTE: The manual Brightness and Contrast settings directly control the monitor’s input
amplifier bias and gain, respectively. In the “Advanced Menu” mode, an asterisk (*) is
displayed next to the recommended values for these settings; based on Barco factory
calibration. It is recommended to maintain these settings at (or close) to these factory
calibrated values.

) can be manually adjusted for different ambient lighting
conditions, large deviations from these settings can cause monitor front-end saturation.
This can result in poor display performance, and may also affect image consistency with
external image review stations.
•
System Set-up
1.
Ensure the Scan Engine is installed in the pocket of SuperCart
2.
Connect AC power to SuperCart
3.
Move the circuit breaker (at rear of unit) to the “ON” position, to apply power to the
SuperCart
4.
Press the Power On/Off button, on the docked Scan Engine, to power-up the
z.one
