20.3.10.1 AC Power Board - Removal/Replacement (SuperCart)
Required Parts
•
P/N: 80128.................... Assy, SuperCart AC Board
Required Tools
•
#2 Philips-head screwdriver
•
T8 - Torx driver
Procedure
STEPS:
1.
Ensure the
z.one
is powered “OFF”
2.
Place AC circuit breaker, located at the rear of the SuperCart, in the “OFF” (down) position
3.
Disconnect the main AC power cord from the rear of the SuperCart
4.
Remove the ten (10) screws securing the power compartment access plate, and remove plate to
expose power supply compartment.
5.
Remove terminal connections (by pulling on spade connectors) for all wires attached to AC
Power Board.
6.
Using a Torx driver, remove the four screws mounting the AC Power Board to the chassis, and
remove old board from the SuperCart
7.
Prior to installation of new AC Power Board, verify the three (3) 110/220V power configuration
rotary switches are in the correct position, corresponding to the local power requirements.
8.
Reverse above order for installation of new AC Power Board (refer to SuperCart Power
Distribution Diagram, in Chapter 8 of this manual, and/or wire color connection information silk
screened on surface of AC Power board, to verify proper wire connectivity during installation).
