Lay the DVD recorder on its side (as shown), with the weldment mounting bracket (31887)
positioned facing the bottom surface of the LQ-MD800, and so that the holes in the plate align
with the four threaded holes in the DVD recorder.
4.
Using the Philips screwdriver (provided in the kit), install the four M8 pan-head screws
(30889) with captive lock washer, through the holes in the weldment mounting bracket and
into the mating holes in the DVD recorder.
5.
Using the 4mm allen driver tool (provided in the kit), partially thread the three (3) button-head
allen mounting plate retaining screws (31913), with captive lock washers, into the
corresponding holes on the left side of the support frame of the SuperCart.
Note: Leave the screws partially loose, to allow clearance for thickness of mounting plate.
6.
Install the assembly to the chassis of the SuperCart, by aligning the large openings in the
slotted holes of the mounting bracket with the screw heads, and then slipping the bracket
downwards to lock it in place.
