PLTO t_offset:

Place theta offset specifies the positive or negative offset from the

theta location for that station.

Description

This function picks the wafer from one station and places it to another station with
offset values for R and T.

NOTE:

The XFER command is meant to be used with robots that have the Z-Axis option
installed. Using the XFER command with 2-Axis robots will result in an error
being generated.

Example

In the following example, the pick station and the place station are the same:

When the ENRT NR option is specified in the above example, the retract is removed.

NOTE:

Since no arm-descriptor is provided in the example the robot will move the default
arm, Arm A.
