51.3.4.1.6 Bulk Add
The Bulk add tab allows you to add or edit multiple devices (MAC addresses) for a
specified Location (URL), as configured in Managing Locations on page 828:

You can upload a file containing MAC addresses.
1. Click Choose File , and then browse to and select the file.
2. Click Upload File .
3. If a MAC address in the file already exists for a different location and you want use it
only for the specified location, select the 'Overwrite existing' check box. If cleared, the
MAC address is not added to the specified location and remains in the current
location.
4. Click Add ; recognized MAC addresses in the file are added to the 'MAC Addresses'
pane and the number of "recognized", "updated" and "created" MAC addresses is
displayed. The new MAC addresses are also displayed for the specific location under
the Devices tab (see Managing Devices on page 828).
Colons as well as upper and lower case have no meaning. MAC addresses must be clearly
separated from one another.
