OTN Receive - SIG (Signal Status)
Displays the following measurements of the incoming OTN signal:
•
Line Frequency in Hz
•
Line Frequency Offset Received in Hz and PPM
•
Optical Power source in dBm (this is an aggregate power level when the laser
module has multiple Optical lanes)
The per-lane optical power levels are displayed on the
screen.

OPU Justify Frequency Offset in PPM
The OPU Justify Frequency measurement is only made when the OPU is
configured for an Asynchronous Add/Drop mapping.
•
ODU-j A/D OPU Justify Frequency Offset in PPM
For multi-level ODTU Add/Drop mappings, select the
ODU-j
or
ODU-j Selected
button (located in the LED Quick Status area) to select the ODU-j level.
The ODU-j A/D OPU Justify Frequency measurement is only made when the
A/D OPU is configured for an Asynchronous Add/Drop mapping.
Results
OTN Results Screens and Functions
All monitored activity that the system receives is reported to the Results screen for
viewing and analyzing. The Results screen provides information used for analyzing the
incoming signal, pattern, errors, and alarms.
