Constant

alarms may be present when an
unsupported Interface rate is selected or if the required laser
module is unplugged.
The wavelength of the selected interface is determined by
the specifications of the laser module being used.
Unframed BERT
Interfaces are only valid when the
number of Physical Lanes equal the number of Optical
Lanes. Refer to the
Clock Reference
Determines the timing source for the transmit signal. Select
one of the following:
Chassis (Internal).
Derives the transmit data's timing
on the System tab > MISC screen. The
CLK:INT
displays
when configured for Internal clocking.
Recovered.
Derives the transmit timing source from the
clock signal on the receive interface. If this option is selected,
but a signal is not available, then this function defaults to
Internal. The
CLK:REC
displays when configured for
