6. Enter a
password

Important: Password must between 4 and 8 characters
long, and can not contain and spaces.
7. Select
, next to the
Permission
field. The Select User Permissions window
appears.
8. Select one of the following user permissions:
•
Admin:
Allows the user to perform network administrator tasks such as
calibrating, adding, deleting, and updating user profiles.
•
Calibrate:
Allows the user read and write privileges and the ability to
perform calibration procedures on the unit.
•
Read/Write:
Allows the user to read and update information.
•
Read:
Allows the user read-only privileges.
9. Select
Update
. The new user profile is added and appears on the User List.
Deleting a User
1. From the
System
tab, select
Security
.
2. From the User List, select the
User Name
to be deleted.
3. With the user name highlighted, select
Delete
. The user is removed from the
User List.
Updating a User Profile
1. From the
System
tab, select
Security
.
2. From the User Name list box, select the user profile to be updated. The user
name, password, and permission appears in the Account Information box.
3. Select
, next to the field to be updated.
•
If
Password
was selected, a keypad appears, allowing you to modify the
current information. Press
Enter
when you are done.
•
If
Permissions
was selected, the Select User Permissions window appears.
Select the updated permissions that you wish to apply.
4. When you are done updating the user's profile, select
Update
. The updated
information appears on the User List.
