When selecting Constant Voltage (CV) Priority,
Variable Slew Rate mode (Item 2 set to 2)
Set the Item Number to either 3 or 4
using the VOLTAGE dial.
Set Value 3＝Rising Voltage Slew Rate
Set Value 4＝Falling Voltage Slew Rate
Assign the set value using the CURRENT dial.
Range: 1.0V/s～1280V/s
When selecting Constant Current (CC) Priority,
Variable Slew Rate mode (Item 2 set to 3)
Set the Item Number to either 5 or 6
using the VOLTAGE dial.
Set Value 5＝Rising Current Slew Rate
Set Value 6＝Falling Current Slew Rate
Assign the set value using the CURRENT dial.
Range:
400H/HＡ ： 0.01A/s ～ 10.00Ａ/s
800H/HＡ ： 0.01A/s ～ 20.00Ａ/s
1600H/HＡ ： 0.01A/s ～ 40.00Ａ/s
If using with master slave parallel operation, see
caution on page 113.
Press the FUNC. key again to finish.
Confirms settings and returns the Number Display to
measurement display mode.
