Install the presetter arm to the base while
positioning the alignment mark to the locking lever
on the base.
7)
Turn the locking lever clockwise (angle of turning:
132
) until it stops.
<Removing the presetter arm>
1)
Hold the grip of the presetter arm and turn the
locking lever counterclockwise to the unlock position
(angle of turning: 132
).
2)
Pull the presetter arm to remove it from the base.
3)
Store the presetter arm in the container.
4)
Make sure that the connection parts of the base and
the protection cover are free of chips and foreign
matter.
When cleaning the base with rag, pay attention
so that chips and foreign matter will not enter
the hole in the lock mechanism. Entry of
foreign matter will cause malfunctioning of the
tool presetter.
If the connection part is dirty with chips or foreign
matter, clean the connection part with rag.
5)
Insert the protection cover to the base while
positioning the alignment mark to the locking lever
on the base.
6)
Turn the locking lever clockwise (angle of turning:
132
) until it stops.
