7)
Press and hold down either the positive or negative
direction AXIS DIRECTION switch
(Z) which
moves the saddle to the joint position to bring the
saddle 1 close to the tailstock with jog feed or rapid
traverse operation.
If the
(Z) switch is released while the saddle
1 is moving, it stops moving. Keep the switch
pressed, until the saddle 1 reaches the joint
position.
When the saddle 1 reaches near the tailstock, it
decelerates and stops.
The indicator in the TSTMOD switch turns to lighting
from blinking when the saddle 1 stops.
If the indicator in the TSTMOD
switch is not lit
after the saddle 1 has stopped, follow the
procedure below.
1.
Press the negative direction AXIS
DIRECTION switch
(Z) to place the
saddle 1 away from the tailstock sufficiently.
2.
Press the
(RESET) key.
3.
Press the TSTMOD switch again.
The indicator in this switch blinks.
4.
Press and hold down the positive direction
AXIS DIRECTION switch
(Z) again until
the joint position is reached.
