Synchronous Operation Command
<M codes and S codes>
M34 or M234 command...............................Phase synchronous operation
To be programmed for both turrets.
This matches the speed and angular position of
the spindle with the other spindle.
M35 or M235 command...............................Speed synchronous operation
To be programmed for both turrets.
This matches the speed of the spindle with the
other spindle.
M36 command.............................................Cancel of synchronous operation
This command is valid for all of M34, M234,
M35, and M235 commands.
The spindle that has been synchronized with the
other spindle is stopped.
S codes during synchronous operation .......The S code presently specified is valid.

Specify M36 command after the completion of cutting off or when either of the two
chucks unclamps a workpiece.
2.
If M34 or M234 command is executed while both chucks are in the clamped state, an
alarm (EX2419) occurs.

Usually, the spindle cannot be started while the chuck is open. Chuck clamp/
unclamp operation is not allowed while the spindle is rotating, either. However, these
operations are allowed in the synchronous operation mode.
