6.5 Cylinder Tests
You do not need to perform cylinder tests if the anesthesia machine is not equipped with
cylinders.
6.5.1 Check the Cylinder in Full Status
1. Set the system switch to the
position and connect the cylinders to be checked.
2. Open each cylinder valve.
3. Make sure that each cylinder has sufficient pressure. If not, close the applicable cylinder
valve and install a full cylinder.
4. Close all cylinder valves.
