C o n d e n s a tio n p h e n o m e n o n
Im m ediately after turning on the heater
w hen the vehicle is cold, the C D o r optical
com ponents (prism and lens) in the CD
player/changer m ay b eco m e clouded w ith
condensation. A t this tim e, the C D w ill
eject im m ediately w hen placed in the unit.
A clouded C D can b e corrected sim ply by
w iping it w ith a soft cloth. C louded
optical com ponents w ill clear naturally in
about an hour. W ait for norm al operation
to return before attem pting to use the unit.

T he follow ing precautions should be
observed.
• Do not spill any liquid o n the audio
system .
D o n ot insert any o b jects, o th er than
C D s, into the slot.
T h e C D revolves at high speed w ithin
the unit. D efective (cracked o r badly
bent) C D s should never be used.
D o not use non-conventional discs such
as heart-shaped, o ctag o n al discs, etc.
T h e C D player/changer could be
dam aged.
