N O TE
A ccelerate if you w ant to speed up
tem porarily w hen the cruise control is
on. G reater speed w ill not interfere
w ith it or change the set speed.
Take y our foot o ff the accelerator to
return to the set speed.
▼ To Decrease Cruising Speed
Press the S E T /C O A ST button and hold it.
T he vehicle w ill gradually slow.
R elease the button at the speed you want.

Your vehicle has a tap-dow n feature that
allow s you to decrease your current speed
in decrem ents o f 1.6 km /h (1 m ph) by a
m om entary tap o f the SE T /C O A ST
button. M ultiple taps will decrease your
vehicle speed 1.6 km /h (1 m ph) for each
tap.
▼ To Resume Cruising Speed at
More Than 40 km/h (25 mph)
If som e other m ethod besides the C R U ISE
M A IN was used to cancel cruising speed
and the system is still activated, the m ost
recent set speed w ill autom atically resum e
w hen the R E S U M E /A C C E L button is
pressed.
If vehicle speed is below 40 km /h (25
m ph), increase the vehicle speed up to 40
km /h (25 m ph) and press the R E S U M E /
A C C E L button.

W ith an autom atic transaxle vehicle,
the gear is autom atically selected w hen
going uphill.
