Uniform Tire Quality Grading System (UTQGS)
& WARNING
The tem perature gra d e f o r this tire is establish ed f o r a tire th a t is p ro p e rly inflated
a n d n o t overloaded. E xcessive speed, un derin flation, o r excessive loadin g, either
separately o r in com bination, can cau se h ea t buildup a n d p o ssib le tire fa ilu re.
T hese grades w ill b e added to the sidew alls o f passenger vehicle tires over the next several
y ears according to a schedule established by the N H T S A and the tire m anufacturers.
The grade o f tires available as standard or optional equipm ent on M azda vehicle m ay vary
w ith resp ect to grade.
