▼ To Set Speed
1. T urn on the C R U IS E M A IN switch.
2. A ccelerate to the desired speed, w hich
m ust be m ore than 40 km /h (25 m ph).
3. Press the S E T /C O A ST button and
release it at the speed you want.
R elease the accelerator at the sam e
time.
D o n ’t continue to hold in the button.
U ntil you release it, speed w ill
continue to drop (unless you continue
to accelerate) and y o u ’ll m iss the
desired speed.
N O TE
T he SET function c an ’t be activated
until about 2 seconds after the
C R U IS E M A IN sw itch has been
engaged.
O n a steep grade, the vehicle m ay
m om entarily slow dow n going up or
speed up w hile going down.

▼ To Increase Cruising Speed
Follow either o f these procedures.
• Press the R E S U M E /A C C E L button
and hold it. Your vehicle will
accelerate.
R elease the button at the speed you
want.
Your vehicle has a tap-up feature that
allow s you to increase your current
speed in increm ents o f 1.6 km /h (1
m ph) by a m om entary tap o f the
R E S U M E /A C C E L button. M ultiple
taps w ill increase your vehicle speed
1.6 km /h (1 m ph) for each tap.
A ccelerate to the desired speed.
Press the SE T /C O A ST button and
release it im m ediately.
