• Continuous measurement is performed while automati-
cally generating an internal trigger signal.

The INT LED flashes.
EXT
(External trigger
mode)
• A trigger signal is input from the outside either manually or
automatically.
• The EXT LED lights up.
• Manual setting:

to perform measurement once.
• Measurement is performed with a trigger from the EXT I/O
connector TRIG terminal.
