Setting and Query of Open Circuit Compensation Function

Explanation
Command Sets the open circuit compensation function.
If ALL or ON is set, open circuit compensation value begins to be
incorporated and then open circuit compensation is enabled after
incorporation ends.
ALL
: Delete disabled open circuit compensation value, acquire
open circuit compensation value according to the measure-
ment values set at open circuit compensation reading set-
ting command (:CORRection:OPEN:POINt) and enable the
open circuit compensation function.
ON
:
Delete disabled open circuit compensation value, acquire
open circuit compensation value at the current measure-
ment conditions (frequency, level) and enable the open cir-
cuit compensation function.
OFF
: Disable open circuit compensation value at the enabled
measurement conditions (frequency, level).
RETurn: Enable all disabled open circuit compensation values.
Query
Returns the setting of the open circuit compensation function as char-
acters.
ALL : The open circuit compensation function is enabled for all mea-
surement conditions (frequency, level).
ON
: The open circuit compensation function is enabled for the cur-
rent measurement conditions (frequency, level).
SPOT : The open circuit compensation function is enabled for other
than the current measurement conditions (frequency, level).
OFF : The open circuit compensation function is disabled.
