Setting and Query of Measurement Value Memory Function

: Save measurement values in memory.
IN
: Only measurement values whose parameters are evaluated
as good in the comparator and BIN function will be saved in
memory. (value will not be saved even if 1 comparator result
is Hi or Lo, or when the BIN result is OUT-OF-BINS or D-NG).
Saves measurement values in memory under normal mea-
surements.
OFF
: Measurement values not saved in memory.
Explanation
Command Sets the measurement value memory function.
When the setting is changed all saved measurement values are
erased.
Query
Returns the setting of the measurement value memory function as
characters.
