Setting and Query of Threshold for Judging Abnormal Measurement Level

Explanation

Command Sets the threshold for detecting abnormal measurement level.

A numeric value in NRf format is accepted but non significant digits
are rounded off so the numeric.

Query

Returns the threshold for abnormal measurement level as an NR2
numerical value.
