About Recovering Compensation Values
When the :CORRection:OPEN RETurn is carried out, disabled open
circuit compensation values can be retrieved, but when open circuit
compensation is carried out again after the circuit compensation val-
ues are disabled, the pre-disabled open values cannot be retrieved.
Refer to the following examples.
Example of a retrievable circuit compensation value.
Example of a non-retrievable circuit compensation value.
Setting and Query of Open Circuit Compensation Function
A. When open circuit compensation is carried out under the points in
the figure below.

B. The following will occur when circuit compensation is dis-
abled (execute :CORREction:OPEN OFF), or when
is pressed for 2 seconds or more.

C. When CORRection:OPEN RETurn is executed, setting
before circuit compensation disabled will return.
a. When open circuit compensation is carried out at whichever point
from B. (the following shows an example when :CORRection
:OPEN ON is carried out in 1 kHz, level: 0.5)
