Purpose of use, When used

Select whether to display 'USB external memory device driver settings' under 'system control settings'
> 'USB settings' in the user mode. This item is used when the user does not want the administrator on
the user side to change the settings of 'USB external memory device driver settings' in the user mode.
When '0' is set while specific settings are made, 'USB external memory device driver settings' is not
displayed.
