1) Remove the E-ring [1] to remove the drive gear [2].

lease, then remove the pressure roller.

1) Remove the inside delivery cover unit [3].
- 1 screw [1]
- 1 stepped screw [2]

2) Remove the 2 screws (self-tapping) [1] and remove the cleaning roller [2]
together with the cleaning roller holder.

Pay attention to the position and the orientation of the insulating bush/
bearing.
The insulating bush may be of 2 different shapes: one for the iR3245 /
iR3235 / iR3230 and the other for the iR3225. If the machine is an iR3225,
be sure to pay attention to the direction of the protrusion of the insulating
bush.
