WEBDAV function is not used. Prohibit the use of the WEBDAV function.

1: Use of the WEBDAV function is prohibited.
When '1' is set, the following items related to WEBDAV function will not be displayed in the user
mode:
- Destination table specifications setting > destination registration > files > protocol > "WEBDAV"
- Transmission specifications setting > "Use chunk division transmission for WEBDAV transmission"
