Before Use
2.14.3 To set Ethernet
1. In
the
Active Interface area of the Remote Control window, touch the
button to change the button name to Ethernet.
2. Set the IP address, Subnet Mask and Gateway for the Ethernet
connector.
Touch the text box to open the address input window.
The Gateway IP address can be omitted.
3. Touch the Port Number text box to open the port input window.
4. Set the number in the following range:
Port Number:
1024 to 5001
5. Touch the [Apply] button to complete the settings.
Touching [Exit] deletes the settings.
6. Touching the [Protect] button protects the IP address and other
values from being edited easily. Use this button as required.
Notes:
Do not set the following IP addresses for Local Area Connection:
192.168.1.0 to 192.168.1.255
The BERTWave may not work correctly if IP addresses within
this range are set.
To automatically acquire the IP address of Local Area
Connection, using DHCP, set via the Windows [Control Panel] -
