15. Adjust the PPG1 Amplitude so that the Eye/Pulse Scope
amplitude is 50±1 mV.
16. Connect the PPG1 Data Out and ED1 Data In connectors using
a coaxial cable. (Refer to (b) in Figure 9.2.2-1.)
17. Touch [Start] at All Measurements.
18. Record the error count ER for the ED Result after measurement
is complete.
19. Connect coaxial terminators to the PPG1 Data Out and ED1
Data In connectors. (Refer to (a) in Figure 9.2.2-2.)

Attach a 20 dB fixed attenuator to the PPG1 Data Out
connector.
21. Connect the PPG1 Data
Out and Ch A In connectors using a
coaxial cable.
22. Repeat steps 5 to 7.
23. Connect the PPG1 Data Out and ED1 Data In connectors
using a coaxial cable. (Refer to (b) in Figure 9.2.2-2.)
24. On the [ED] tab, set Data Input Condition to [Single-Ended
XData].
25. Repeat steps 10 to 12.
26. Connect the PPG1 Data Out and Ch A In connectors using a
coaxial cable. (Refer to (a) in Figure 9.2.2-2.)
27. Repeat steps 14 and 15.
28. Connect the PPG1 Data Out and ED1 Data In connectors
using a coaxial cable. (Refer to (b) in Figure 9.2.2-2.)
29. Repeat steps 17 and 18.
