Item Description
Bit Rate Standard Displays the communication specifications applying to transmission rate.
Bit Rate Displays the bit rate. This is always the same as the bit rate set for the PPG.
Data Length Displays the pattern length as bits.
ER Bit error rate
EC Bit error count
INS Insertion error: Error count and error rate for “1” instead of correct “0”
OMS Omission error: Error count and error rate for “0” instead of correct “1”
Total Sum of Insertion error and Omission error
CC Clock count
FREQ (kHz) Frequency (kHz)
Warning Display Displays an alarm if data could not be detected, if pattern could not be
synchronized, or a bit error was detected.
SYNC Loss:
Pattern Synchronization Loss
Error: Bit Error
History Display Lights in red when the red Warning Display goes out.
Measurement Progress Displays the measurement progress in %.
To display the ED setting screen
1. Touch [PPG/ED Ch1], [PPG/ED Ch2], [PPG/ED Ch3], or [PPG/ED
Ch4] at the function menu.
2. Touch [ED] to display the screen as shown in Figure 6.1-1.
3. Touch [Main] to display the screen as shown in Figure 6.1-2.
4. Touch [Expand] to change the screen as shown in Figure 6.1-1.
