8.2 Operating Optical Transceiver
8.2.1 Function list
The following items is set and displayed for the optical transceiver.
Table 8.2.1-1 Optical Transceiver Setting Items and Display Items
Item Description
Wavelength Displays wavelength of light output from the
optical transceiver.
When the recommended optical transceiver is
installed, one of the following wavelength is
displayed.
850 nm, 1310 nm, 1550 nm
Output Outputs light to the Tx connector of the Optical
transceiver.
Touch the Output button, and then the display is
changed to ON or Off.
The optical output indication is as follows:
Green: ON
Black: OFF
LOS Indicates that the light is input to the RX
connector of the Optical transceiver.
Red:
No input light (Loss of signal)
Gray: Input light
Ready Indicates the optical transceiver installed status.
Green: Available
Black: Optical transceiver not installed or not
found
To display the optical transceiver setting screen, touch [SFP+ ] at the
function menu.
The following window appears.
