With the Option 021, test the amplitude accuracy for Ch B after
measuring the amplitude accuracy for Ch A.
1. Touch [Amplitude], and set as follows:
Channel Math:
Off
Channel A/B Tracking:
Off
Scale – B:
50 mV/div
Offset – B:
0 mV
Attenuation – B:
0 dB
2. Touch [Measure], and set as follows:
Active Channel Selection:
Channel B
3. Set the DC voltage to 0 V.
4. Connect the DC Power Source to Ch B In.
Connect the center conductor of the coaxial cable to plus and the
shield to minus.
5. Touch [CH B] to set to On.
6. Touch [Sampling] to set to Run.
7. Record the average voltage (Mean) of the histogram
measurement result.
8. Set the DC voltage to 200 mV.
9. Record the average value of the histogram measurement result.
10. Set the DC voltage to –200 mV.
11. Record the average voltage of the histogram measurement
result.
