Braking Unit
A
Braking Unit is used with a Braking Resistor Unit to reduce the deceleration time of the motor. It is not
required
with Inverters of 18.5 kW or less.
Models and Application
The
standard models of Braking Units are listed in the following table.
The
minimum resistance is the minimum value per Braking Unit except for Inverters of 18.5 kW or less, in which case it the minimum value per Inverter.
