If the remote server is not reachable, the mounted cameras are not shown in the tree; only the
top point of the mounted camera tree appears in red color.

After you mount remote cameras you can work with them as if they would be connected to this
server. You can access live streaming via the Online Monitor or you can access the archive. If you
have the appropriate administrator rights you can also modify camera settings like PTZ,
scheduling or motion detection.
Note:
Only local cameras and remote camera groups can be duplicated. It is not possible to
duplicate individually mounted remote cameras.
12.4 Working with events of remote servers
Observer servers can forward their events to other servers. Such forwarded events are stored in the
event database of the generating server itself and also in the event database of the server(s) that
receive the events.
