7.4.1

PERIODIC INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE CHART OF NIBBLER

(CRUSHER) AND BREAKER

Contamination and deterioration of the hydraulic oil may cause poor function of the control valves,

early wear and seizure of the hydraulic pump and failure of the whole hydraulic circuit. When the

hydraulic breaker is attached, the deterioration of the hydraulic oil is faster than that of the normal

bucket digging work. Replace the filters and hydraulic oil earlier as indicated in the periodic inspection

and maintenance chart below.
