1.

Make sure the pilot control shut-off lever is

in the "LOCKED" position.

2.

Make sure all control levers are in the

"NEUTRAL" position.

3.

Insert the starter key into the starter

switch and turn it to each of the "HEAT",

"ON" or "START" position. If each warning

lamp operates as shown in the table below,

it works properly at each position.

4.

If any warning or display lamp does not

operate properly, the engine or electrical

circuit components may be broken. Stop

using the machine and immediately contact

KOBELCO authorized dealer/distributor for

repair.

CHECKING LAMP

3.3.1

Checking Function of Warning Lamps

Touching any control levers unintentionally may cause unexpected movement of the machine. Set the

pilot control shut-off lever to the "LOCKED" position before standing up or moving.

Before starting the engine, check the operation of the warning and display lamps according to the

following procedures.

For the description for each lamp, see "MONITOR PANEL" in Chapter 2.

Be sure to check that the warning and display lamps operate properly before operation.
