Windsor 500 Programming Manual - Issue C

Keypad LED Functions

LED

Product

Function

Mains

Keypad,
Keypoint,
Cardpoint

If the mains is present the mains LED will be on continuously. If
the mains is not present for more than 5 minutes the mains LED
will be flashed. If the supply voltage falls to the low volts
threshold the mains LED will be turned off.

Day

Keypad,
Keypoint,
Cardpoint

When a user logs on to a keypad the day LED will be turned on if
all authorised areas are unset. During setting the day LED will
flash.

Ready

Keypad,
Keypoint,
Cardpoint

When a user logs on to a keypad the ready LED will be turned
on if all authorised areas are clear. An area is clear if the alarm
log is empty, all area circuits with a set response are clear, all
NA area circuits are clear and an engineer reset is not required.

Message

Keypad,
Keypoint,
Cardpoint

The message LED will be turned on if an entry is made to a
keypad alarm log or the system log. The message LED is
cleared when the log is clear.

Call engineer

Keypad

The  call  engineer  LED  is  turned  on  when  an  engineer  reset  is
required.  It  will  be  turned  off  when  an  engineer  PIN  code  is
entered,  the panel is reset from GCM  or if a customer engineer
reset PIN code is used.

Line fault

Keypad

This LED is on, when the system is unset, if a line fault is
present or if Windsor does not receive a comm acknowledge
from a central station to all call attempts.

Late working

Keypad

The late working LED is on when late working is selected for the
current day.

Set warning

Keypad

The set warning LED is on during the set warning period even if
no user is logged on.
